Refund Policy

  1. As a general rule, once an order is placed, the buyer is not entitled to cancel it. If the buyer cancels the order, MANNA FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to collect 100% of the order amount as a cancellation fee. This amount may not be refunded if the order was prepaid, or it may be recovered from future orders in case of postpaid, to compensate the merchants and delivery partners (PDPs).

  2. If you cancel or attempt to cancel an order due to reasons not attributable to MANNA FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED—such as providing incorrect contact details, wrong address, or being unresponsive—you shall be deemed to have committed an “Authorization Breach.” In such cases, you agree to pay liquidated damages equivalent to the order value. You authorize MANNA FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED to recover this amount through any means, including deductions from your next order.

  3. If MANNA FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is unable to process or fulfill your order due to technical issues, item unavailability, or any other internal reason, no cancellation fee will be charged. If payment was already made, the eligible amount will be refunded to you in accordance with your bank’s policy.

  4. No replacement, refund, or resolution will be provided without prior approval from the respective Restaurant Partner or Store.

  5. For complaints such as food spillage, foreign objects, wrong order, or poor-quality items, valid proof (like images or videos) must be submitted to initiate any resolution process.

  6. Refunds will not be issued if special instructions attached to your order are not followed as intended. Restaurant Partners or Stores follow such instructions on a best-effort basis only.

  7. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless issued as credits. Refunds will reflect in your account based on the policies of your respective bank.

  8. The total cost of the order—including delivery and other charges—will be displayed at checkout and may be rounded off. You are required to make full payment for your order through the MANNA FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED platform.

  9. Any additional charges by MANNA FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED beyond the order value will be inclusive of all applicable taxes.

  10. Quoted delivery or takeaway times are approximate and may vary depending on several factors.

  11. Personal promo codes are for your individual use only and are subject to terms and conditions as specified by MANNA FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED from time to time.
